This Web Application with the name of “Sai Connect” is owned and operated by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, India (“SSSSO”), through certain registered trust in India and is primarily meant only for the members and those who wish to become members the SSSSO. However, information not restricted for use may be accessed by all in general.

These terms and condition and Privacy Policy, help explain our information practices. Reference to SSSSO in this document includes registered Trust as aforementioned.

We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Data except as otherwise stated herein or information such as password related to other services, financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, physical, physiological and mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records and history, or biometric information.

How We Use Information

We may use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize Sai Connect.

  • We may also use your information for displaying content based on your interest, location, etc.
  • Send you communications including by e-mail or text messages or any other medium including push notifications.
  • We also use your information to try and ensure safety and security of our users and their information. We verify accounts and activity, and promote safety and security on and off Sai Connect, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our policies, terms, etc., and to try and ensure that Sai Connect is being used legally.
  • The information is used only towards the objective of the SSSSO and in furtherance of its existing and/or future activities, dissemination of teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and strictly not for any commercial purpose.
  • We may retain your information as long as we require this even after you chose to disassociate yourself or cease to be a member of SSSSO and for such period as mandated by the concerned laws.
