This Web Application with the name of “Sai Connect” is owned and operated by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, India (“SSSSO”), through certain registered trust in India and is primarily meant only for the members and those who wish to become members the SSSSO. However, information not restricted for use may be accessed by all in general.
Your usage of Sai Connect includes and is subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you install, use or access Sai Connect or any of its features, it is understood that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By downloading or using the app or the website, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using Sai Connect.If you don’t agree with and accept these, please do not use, install or access Sai Connect or any of its features.
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to and shall always continue to belong SSSSO.
We reserve the right to make changes to the app, at any time and for any reason. The Sai Connect app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. You should be aware that Sai Connect will not take responsibility for data breach at user end.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
You must register using accurate data along with your mobile number. You also warrant that any registration information that you submit to Sai Connect is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do not supply. For as long as you use Sai Connect, you consent to downloading and installing related updates, including automatically.
You provide us storage permission(Read and write) by which we are able to upload your content to our server. You confirm you are authorised to provide us such permission in order to use Sai Connect.
We collect your Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Blood Group, Mobile number, Address with geolocation, Interest areas &skill, Educational Qualification, Occupation, Email address and other information as may be required for creating a member profile in Sai Connect. We do not share your data with any third party servicesor any other entity or institution except as otherwise mentioned in the Privacy Policy for the time being in force unless it is required by law or other regulatory stipulations and the information is confined only to the allied Sai Trusts in furtherance of the activities of SSSSO and for dissemination of the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Sai Connect, how you interact with others using our Sai Connect, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
SSSSO cares about your privacy. SSSSO’s Privacy Policy describes our information practices, including the types of information we receive and collect from you and how we use and share this information. You provide your unconditional acceptance to our Privacy Policy and agree to our data practices, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The security of your information collected and provided by you through Sai Connect is subject to the Privacy Policy. However, it is your responsibility to protect your user names or user ID and passwords and the One time Passwords received through SMS to help prevent anyone from accessing or abusing your information or profile. You should not use or reuse the same passwords you use with other accounts as your password for accessing Sai Connect.
Sai Connect may be used by any child subject to their parents/guardian’s consent, who will subject themselves to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of SSSSO.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
